At ANAABU, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our minimalist essentials; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a flexible return policy within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all garment tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized courier service provider; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment quality and process your store credit or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
